48 oz Great northern beans
1/2 lb bacon, cut into small pieces
1 c white sugar
1 pkg smoky links, sliced
1/2 c catsup
2 tbsp molasses
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 c onion, diced
1 can french fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except onions in 9 X 13 pan. Bake covered at 350º for 1 1/2 hours. Top with onions. Reduce heat to 325º and bake an additional 1/2 hour. (If beans are too juicy, stir in 1 - 2 tbsp dry tapioca for thickening before topping with onions.)
