One box chocolate wafers(eg Famous)
2 pints whipping cream
2 tsps. vanilla
2 tsps. sugar

Directions:
Whip cream. Add vanilla and sugar. Ice wafer, placing another wafer on top. Repeat until you have a stack. Place stack on your serving dish horizontally. Repeat, connecting next stack on dish, and continue until you have a LOG reaching the entire length of dish. Using remaining whipped cream, cover entire log. Refrigerate overnight before serving. Cut on the diagonal.
