1 cup sugar, 3 tbsp corn starch, 1 tbsp grated lemon peel, 1/4
cup butter, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 cup milk, 3 egg yolks, slightly
beaten, 1 cup sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a two quart saucepan. Cook over
medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Cover and cool to
lukewarm. Fold in sour cream. Pour into 9" pastry shell. Chill at
least two hours before serving. Garnish with whipped cream.
