1-14oz can artichoke hearts
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup GRATED Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic (minced)
1/4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tbsp. fresh ground pepper
*DOUBLE RECIPE FOR GROUP PARTIES*

Preheat oven to 350. Drain artichoke hearts, then chop fine in a small mixing bowl. Stir in mayo, Parmesan cheese and garlic until mixed. Add Worcestershire sauce and fresh ground pepper and completely mix together. Spread mixture into a lightly greased (I used Pam cooking spray) casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes. Check and continue to bake until there is light bubbling on edges and lightly browned in center. Serve hot/warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
