8 cups torn hearts of romaine lettuce
2 cups chopped grilled chicken (See recipe, Great Grilled Chicken Breasts)
1 large Granny Smith apple (1 to 1/2 c chopped)
1/2 c crumbled feta cheese
1/4 chopped pecans
1/2 c White-wine Vinaigrette (See below)

White-Wine Vinaigrette
1/4 c white-wine vinegar
3 T water
1/2 c vegetable oil
1 (.7 oz) envelope of Good Seasons Italian dressing mix

Mix all ingredients together and shake or stir well.

Place pre-washed lettuce in large salad bowl. Add the chicken. Core and chop the apple (do not peel), and add to the bowl. Add the cheese and pecans. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss. Serve Immediately.
