1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
3/4 tsp.salt
1/4 tsp.Allspice
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer all the above until 200 degrees F. for 5 minutes.
Add quickly 1 pound pecans to the above mixture.
Mix until mixture becomes crystalized.
Pour on buttered foil -separate.

NOTE : Use a candy thermometer as time and temperature are very critical in making this recipe turn out correctly. After liquid gets to the 200 degree temperature, stir constantly until mixture begins to string.
