8 tsp. soy sauce
6 tsp. sherry wine
2 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 lb. sirloin tip or round steak
1 lg. green pepper
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 can diced tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into small bit sized pieces and put into a bowl.

Mix soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch, salt and ginger together and pour over meat. Marinate 15 minutes.

In skillet, heat oil. Add meat and marinate. Cook until meat is no longer red. Add green peppers and onion. Add tomatoes and liquid.

Simmer 5-10 minutes.

Serve over hot rice.
