4 cups cornbread, crumbled
2 cups crumbled toast crumbs
4 1/2 cups chicken or turkey stock
3 boiled eggs
1 cup celery, grated
1/2 cup onion, grated
1/2 cup bell pepper, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornbread with bread crumbs and add hot stock. Cover and set for a few minutes.

Add chopped boiled eggs, celery, onion and bell pepper.

Bake in well greased pan at 375º for 45 minutes.
