1 lb. fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups soft breadcrumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
1/3 cup dry white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Place one third of the mushrooms in a buttered casserold. Cover with one third of the breadcrumbs and drizzle one third of the melted butter. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Repeat with another third of mushrooms, breadcrumbs, and butter. Top with remaining mushrooms, add wine and cover.

Bake at 325º for 30 minutes.

Combine remaining butter and breadcrumbs and spoon over mushrooms.

Bake uncovered for another 10 minutes until crumbs are lightly browned.
