1 large pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup grated sharp cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 stick butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables by direction on package. Drain when done. Add next four ingredients and put into casserole dish. Top with Ritz crackers that have been broken into small pieces. Drizzle melted butter onto top of crackers. Bake 350º for 30 minutes.
