1 med Onion- chopped
1/4 cup Butter
1 lb - ground beef
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Flour
2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Paprika
1 3oz can of Mushrooms
1 cup Sour Cream

Melt butter in large skillet, saute chopped onion in butter. Add meat to skillet, cook til browned.
Mix all remaining ingredients in bowl, except Sour Cream, until well blended. Add to skillet, simmer 10 minutes.

Stir in sour cream and cook just until heated through. Serve over noodles, mashed potatoes or rice.
