8 slices slightly dry Bread, cubed
2 lbs Sausage, cooked
2 cup sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
4 Eggs, beaten
2 1/2 cup Milk
3/4 tsp Dry Mustard

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, milk and mustard. Set aside.

In 9x13 dish, layer bread, cheese, sausage & egg mixture.

Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next day, mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 cup milk, pour over above misture and bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours at 300º
