1 cup Oatmeal
1 stick Oleo
1 1/4 cup Boiling Water

1 cup White Sugar
1 cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs

1 1/3 cups Flour, sifted
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon

6 tbsp Butter, softened
1/4 cup canned Milk
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup nuts
1 cup coconut

Mix together oatmeal, oleo and boiling water, let stand 20 minutes.

Mix sugar and eggs, stir into oatmeal mixture.

Add flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.

Bake in 13x9 35 minutes in 350 oven.

While cake is still warm, spread topping and put under broiler for 5 miuntes or til brown.
