1st layer:

chocolate chip cookie dough.

or:

1 stick oleo
1 c flour
1/2 nuts



2nd layer:
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
1 c cool whip
Nuts



3rd layer:
1 lg pkg instant chocolate pudding
1 sm pkg instant vanilla pudding
3 c milk.
Directions:
Directions:
Bake cookie dough as directed or mix and bake other mixture at 375º for 15 minutes. Cool.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip.
Spread over cooled crust. Sprinkle nuts.
Beat puddings with milk and pour over cheese mixture. Add whipped cream and nuts. Refrigerate.
