1 bag baby spinach leaves
1/2 thinly sliced red onion
Dressing: 2-1/2 oz balsamic vinegar
2 oz brown sugar
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
5 oz Olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
Garnish: Sliced brown almonds
Toasted sesame seeds and/or
Toasted sunflower seeds

This makes a lot of dressing, either up your salad ingredients or you could cut the dressing. (Dressing keeps well in fridge)
