2 cans white shoepeg corn
1 small onion, diced fine
1 jar jalapeņos, diced fine
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, fine grate
1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
garlic salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Amounts of jalapeņos can be adjusted to taste. Store in refrigerator. Serve with Tostitos Scoop Corn Chips.
