1/2 lb Italian sausage or ground beef or pork
1/2 - 1 tsp Oregano leaves
1 Clove Garlic - minced
1 can Tomato Paste
1 can Biscuits
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown 1/2 lb sausage or beef. Add 1/2-1 tsp oregano leaves, garlic, and tomato past. Split biscuits in thirds to make 24. Put a small amount of the meat mixture on each round of biscuit. Sprinkle with cheese. Place under broiler to melt cheese. Yummy!
Makes 24 if you use Pillsbury Buttermilk biscuits sliced into threes.
