1 lb Pork Sausage - browned & drained
1 Onion - chopped
1 1/2 slices Bread crumbled
1 Egg
Oregano
Thyme
Zucchini
Cheddar Cheese or Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, drain. Chop one onion and throw in bread crumbled and egg. Sprinkle in a little oregano and maybe some thyme. Split zucchini leghtwise and hollow out over all and put come cheddar cheese or parmesan on top.

Bake at 350º until cheese melts when it is hot.
It freezes well, too.
