Left over meat (chicken, pork or beef)
Egg
Water
Salt
Pepper
Small Onion
1/4 cup Bean Sprouts- drained

Directions:
Directions:
For each serving: Beat 1 egg with 1 tbsp water, salt and pepper. Add to this 1 small onion and 1/4 cup of bean sprouts drained for each serving and any kind of leftover meat. Fry and serve with gravy.

Use canned gravy or make gravy with a bouillon cube, soy sauce and onion thickened. Serve with Chinese noodles, rice and soy sauce.
