Peeled red potatoes(about 4-6),

Peel your potatoes and wash. Heat about 1/2 cup of cooking oil in non stick skillet and let get hot. Add your potatoes and then season them . Put a lid on skillet and lower heat. Stir every now and then until the potatoes are tender. Then add your scrambled eggs to the potatoes and cook until the eggs are done.
