1 box Graham Crackers (whole)
2 boxes French Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 9oz Cool Whip.

Icing:
2 squares Bitter Chocolate, melted
1 tsp Karo Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla
2 TBSP Butter
1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
3 TBSP Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 13x9 pan - line bottom with Graham Crackers. Make pudding as directed. Set 5 minutes. Blend in Cool Whip. Pour half of mixture over Graham Crackers. Place another layer of Graham Crackers, pour remaining pudding mixture over top. Top with another layer of crackers
Cover with chocolate icing.
Icing:
Mix all together, pour on top

Refrigerate - 2 days.
