1 1/2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken (I prefer thighs)
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix marinade ingredients and pour 3/4 over chicken in marinade dish. (keep 1/4 marinade for basting) Marinate several hours in refrigerator, turning chicken at least one time 1/2 way through. Grill or broil (basting with extra marinade several times) until internal chicken temperature is at least 180º (approximately 20 minutes).

My mother-in-law shared this recipe and it is one of our favorite grilling recipes. Easy and delicious. The trick is to marinate several hours.
