6 servings pre-cooked chicken breast cubed
8 oz. Sour Cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 Tbsp. Poppy Seeds
1 Box of your favorite pasta
1 tube Ritz Crackers
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream, soup, poppy seeds, chicken (set aside or freeze). To prepare: Mix poppy seed chicken with cooked pasta and place in greased Pyrex. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Pour 1 stick melted butter over crackers and bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes (until bubbly).

Even old timers need a break from cooking once in awhile. This a great recipe a neighbor shared as part of our monthly meal swap. I modified to make it even easier by including pre-cooked chicken breast. If you like, you can cook fresh chicken breast ahead of time and cube. Quick, easy, and very delicious!
