1 cup flour
3/4 cups sugar
3/4 cups sour cream
Cake:
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 tsp instant coffee
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
vanilla 1/4 tsp salt
1 egg

Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp corn syrup
4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
7 oz. macadamia nuts

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350º
Mix all ingredients to the cake together. Grease an 8 inch springform pan and bake for about 45 minutes.
Let the cake cook entirely.
Topping:
In a saucepan combine the remaining ingredients and cook on med heat until boiling, stirring constantlly. Remove from heat and add vanilla and macadamia nuts.
Pour over cake
