1 large bag slaw mix
1 chopped bell pepper
1 chopped onion
1 C. sugar
1/2 C. vinegar
1/4 C. oil
1 tsp. celery seed
2 tsps. salt
2 tsps. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix slaw, bell pepper, onion and 1 cup sugar. Boil vinegar, oil, celery seed, salt and sugar. Pour over slaw mixture. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Will keep for up to 3 weeks.
