Ingredients:  
1 lb shortening
1 cup butter
Dough:
3 eggs
1/2 package of yeast (dissolved)
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 can evaporated milk
7 cups flour
1 cup sugar

Filling:
1 lb ground nuts
1/2 cup sugar
6 or more graham crackers
1 12 cups milk
dash cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and refrigerate dough for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Roll out dough in small pieces
Fill with filling
Roll in sugar and bake
My recipe doesn't have a time or temperature but I would guess 350º - remember they don't brown very much
