Ingredients:  
Combine ¾ cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
3/14 pkg dry vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 tbs margarine softened
1 egg
½ cup milk
Beat 2 mins at medium sped. Pour into pan. Place 1 15 –20 oz can sliced peaches (drained) over batter. Reserve juice.
Combine 1 8oz pkg cream cheese softened
½ cup sugar
3 tlbs. Reserved juice.

Grease bottom and sides of 9 or 10-inch pie pan.
Spoon to within 1 inch of edge of batter.

Bake 350 for 30 –35 minutes until crust is golden.
Filling will appear soft…cool and refrigerate.
