1 cup rice
1 can beef consommé
1 can French onion soup
1 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in 1.5 quart baking dish. Add rice, broth and onion soup in that order. DO NOT STIR. Cover and bake at 350º for approximately 45 minutes or until rice is fluffy and liquids are absorbed. Serve warm.

(OPTION: Can be microwaved for 20 minutes)
