4 loaves of Risings French Bread (allow to stale and crumble)
1 Jimmy Dean sage sausage roll
1 Jimmy Dean mild sausage roll
1 stick of butter
2 cups chopped or each: onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic
1/2 gallon raw oysters
1/2 cup of peanut oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Crumble all French bread and set aside.
Brown sausages in large cast iron skillet (do NOT drain) and add bread slowly stirring it into the sausage.
Saute' all seasonings in butter until soft.
Fold seasonings into bread/sausage mixture, knead like dough with hands.
Saute oysters in peanut oil in a separate pan and add to above mixture. (Oysters will create a watery liquid in the pan, so cook until most of the water is dissolved.)
In cast iron skillet, put oysters and bread/seasoning mixture in skillet and cook together in small amounts, being careful not to break the oysters. Then add all ingredients to baking dish.
Cover baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 350º.
