Crust:
6 oz butter, soft/melted
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp baking powder
1 c flour
2 egg yolks (reserve whites)
Filling:

2 lbs whipping cream or farmer cheese
4 egg yolks (reserve whites)
4 oz butter
1 c sugar
2 vanilla or banana puddings (powder)
1 can sliced peaches
3 tbsp raisins and/or walnuts

Glaze:

6 egg whites
2 tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Mix crust ingredients. Divide into 2 portions. Refrigerate or freeze for 15 - 30 minutes. Put 1/2 in bottom of pan. Beat butter, gradually adding egg yolks, sugar and cheese, beating until fluffy. Add pudding and raisins and/or walnuts. Place on bottom crust. Spread peaches over pudding mixture Spread remaining crust over peaches. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and spread evenly on top of everything. Bake for 1 hour.
