3/4 C warm water
1 large egg
3 TBSP butter
3 C bread flour
4 TBSP sugar
1&1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp active dry yeast

EGG WASH:
1 large egg yolk
1 TBSP water

FOR BREAD MACHINE:
Dump water, egg, butter, sugar, flour, salt and yeast into bread machine mixer. select dough cycle. When done, turn dough onto lightly floured surface. Divide dough into 2 segments; 1 about 2/3 , and the other the remaining 1/3. Divide larger segment into thirds and roll each into 14" ropes. Braid together; pinch ends to seal. Divide smaller segment into thirds; roll to 12" ropes and braid. Place smaller braid onto larger one. Cover with a damp towel and let raise 20min. Beat egg yolk and water; brush over braid. Bake at 375º for 20-25 min.
