8 lg Baked potatoes
2 cups (8 oz) shredded sharp cheddar
Scallions, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat ovn to 425ºF
Cut baked Potatoes lengthwise in half. Hollow potato with spoon. Set aside. Do not break the skin. Put skins in the oven and bake 5 minutes. Mix together potato (from skins), cheese, scallions, horseradish, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce & pepper. Fill potato skins with mixture and bake 15 minutes more.
Can be served sour cream and bacon bites.
