1 16oz jar sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 2 oz jar dices pimiento, drained
1/4 c. chopped onion
short 1/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 tsp. celery seeds
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
short 1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together first 5 ingredients in large bowl
Combine sugar and next 3 ingredients in small saucepan even medium heat and cook, stirring constatnly until sugar dissolves.
Stir into sauerkraut mixture
Cover and chill 8 hours- serve with slotted spoons.
