1 c all-purpose flour
1/2 c quick-cooking oats
1/2 c brown sugar, packed
1/2 c butter or margarine


Filling:
2 cans (15 oz ea) pumpkin
2 cans (12 oz ea) evaporated milk
4 eggs
1 1/2 c sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp salt



Topping:
1/2 c brown sugar, packed
1/2 c chopped pecans
2 tbsp butter or margarine, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients until crumbly. Press into greased 13 X 9 X 2 baking pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Beat filling ingredients until smooth. Pour over crust. Bake for 45 minutes. Combine brown sugar, pecans, and butter. Sprinkle over top and bake 15-20 minutes longer, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and store in refrigerator
