2 lb. hamburger
2 garlic cloves chopped
salt and pepper
2 T. dry parsley

Sauce:
1/2 jar grape jam or jelly (large jar)
1 small bottle catsup
1 tsp. Tabasco Sauce

Directions:

Shape meat into small meatballs (like walnuts). Fry but don't brown .

Sauce:

melt jam but don't boil add rest of ingredients. Pour over drained meatballs and let simmer until hot. Serve hot with toothpicks.

You can go to all the trouble of making your own meatballs but I usually just buy the ready made ones and but in a saucepan with the sauce and simmer until hot. Just as good and much easier.
