2 TBSP Vegetable Oil
3/4 cup Onion, chopped
6 cups Water
6 Chicken Boullion cubes
1 8oz package Egg Noodles
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp Pepper
1 lg bunch fresh Broccoli - chopped
6 cups Milk
1 lb American Cheese, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a skillet; add onion, saute until tender. In soup pot, add water & bouillon, heat to boiling. Add onion noodles and seasonings; boil 3 min. Stir broccoli; cook for 4 minutes. Add milk and cheese, strirring until cheese melts. Serve hot.

You may substitute 2 (10 oz) pkgs of frozen chopped broccolli for fresh. You may also add a small amount of shredded mild Cheddar cheese, if desired.
