2 1/2 lbs Potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 slices Bacon
1/2 small head Cabbage, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
1/2 cup Milk
Salt and Pepper
1/4 cup Margaine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Put potatoes in saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil. Cook until tender, 15 to 20 minutes. Cook bacon in skillet over medium heat. Drain, reserve drippings, crumble and set aside. In drippings, saute cabbage and onion until soft and translucent, about 10 minutes. Drain potatoes; mash with milk. Add salt, pepper, bacon, cabbage and onions. Transfer to serving bowl. Make a well in center and put in butter.
