1/2 cup soft butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/4 cup sugar, mixed with 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, add sugar and cream until fluffy.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Add vanilla and blend.
Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
Place on well-greased cookie sheet.
Flatten with spatula.
Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
Bake at 400º for 10-12 minutes or until slightly browned.
