1 lb. pitted prunes
2 T. honey
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 3-inch long strips lemon zest
3 black currant or jasmine tea bags

Directions:
Directions:
Place prunes, honey, lemon juice and lemon zest in medium saucepan. Add 1 c. water and bring to a boil. Remove pan from heat, add tea bags and let steep for 3-4 minutes. Remove tea bags and let stand a few more minutes.
