1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 stick butter
2 cups whole kernel corn
2 cups rice, cooked (I use yellow rice)
1 small jar pimento
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
grated cheddar cheese for the top

Directions:
Directions:
Cook green pepper and onion in butter until tender. Add all other ingredients (except cheese) and mix well.
Pour into greased casserole dish and top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes.
