2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp chopped frech chives or parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 cups cornflakes cereal, crushed (1 cup)
3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp paprika
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 3/4 lbs)
2 tbsp butter, melted

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 425º. Grease rectangular pan, 13x9x2 in.
2. Mix 2 tbsp butter, the milk, chives, salt and garlic powder. Mix cornflakes, parsley and paprika. Dip chicken into milk mixture, then coat lightly and evenly with cornflakes mixture. Place in pan. Drizzle with 2 tbsp butter.
3. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.

I used fine bread crumbs instead of the cornflakes and it wasn't as good.
