3 1/2 lbs. lean beef/elk/venison, sliced 1/4" thick
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve seasonings in warm water and use as a marinade. Marinate meat slices for 24 hours, stir often. After 24 hours, drain and place in smoker. Smoke until desired dryness is reached.
