3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 1/4 cups chocolate chips
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 package (3 oz) cream cheese
1/4 cup whipping cream


Directions:

Heat oven to 350º.

Beat 3/4 cup flour, 1/2 cup butter, and powdered sugar in bowl until soft dough forms. Spread evenly in bottom of ungreased 8 x 8 x 2 baking dish. Bake 10 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips over hot baked crust.

Beat sugar, 3/4 cup whipping cream, 1/4 cup melted butter, 3 tablespoons flour, the coffee, vanilla, and eggs with wire whisk until smooth. Pour over chocolate in pan.

Bake 40-45 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack.

Beat cream cheese and 1/4 cup whipping cream in bowl until fluffy. Spread over cooled bars in pan.
