2 large lemons
4 eggs
2 cups sugar

Directions:

Grate off outside rind of both lemons, then slice paper thin
Combine sugar and lemons slices and let sit 2 hours or longer stirring occasionally. Add eggs to lemon mix. Put in a 9" pie shell, cover with top crust and cut slits in the top.
Bake 450 for 15 minutes, then 375 for 20 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
