2 T. cornstarch
1 3/4 c. chicken broth
3 T. chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
OR 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
2 T. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1 lb. medium shrimp,
4 c. hot cooked thin spaghetti,
shelled and deveined
cooked without salt

Mix cornstarch, broth, garlic, parsley, lemon juice and red pepper in saucepan. Heat to a boil. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
Add shrimp. Cook 5 min. or until shrimp turns pink. Toss with spaghetti.
