Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
1 c. grated carrot
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green bell pepper
1 c. diced purple onion
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
Bacon bits (sprinkle over cheese layer)
2 c. green peas, frozen (no thawing necessary)
Topping:

1 c. real mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9x13 glass dish or trifle dish, layer in order given. (Leave out the onions if desired!)

Topping:
Mix and spread on top of layered salad and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator until served.
