1 stick oleo
5 eggs
1 T. lemon flavoring
8-oz. pineapple preserves
1 lb. candied pineapple
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 T. vanilla
1 lb. candied cherries
4 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and bake in a tube cake pan 3 hours at 250º. Can also be baked in 3 baking size (or 4 smaller) aluminum foil loaf pans. For the loaf pans, bake 2 hours at 250º. The cake can be frozen in the loaf pans in which they are baked and sliced in the pans when thawed to serve.
