Cake:
2 c. sugar
2 c. cake flour
2 t. cinnamon
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1-1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/2 t. soda

Filling/icing:
1/2 c. butter
2 t. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
1 8-oz. cream cheese
1 box (4X) confectioners sugar

Cake:
Mix sugar and Wesson oil; add flour, soda, cinnamon with eggs alternately. Add carrots last. Cook 350º in 3 or 4 layers; grease pans and line with waxed paper. Cook 25 minutes

Filling/Icing:
Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar. Add nuts and vanilla.
