2 c. whole wheat flour
1 t. salt
1 T. oil
3 T. honey
3 t. baking powder
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour in greased black skillet. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes. Very nutritious. Very easy!

Plain cool water is better for your quota of liquids and for replenishing liquids excreted during exercise because it is absorbed into your system more quickly than teas, colas and similar beverages.
