1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
2 t. baking powder
1/2 c. skim milk
1 c. applesauce
1 c. oat bran
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 egg whites
2 T. oil
4 T. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Stir just until moistened. Bake in muffin tins at 400º for 12 to 15 minutes.
